Easy ADHD represents more than just a coaching business; it symbolizes acceptance.
About Juliana
Through my coaching programs, I aim to convey the message that everyone is perfect just the way they are and possesses the ability to spread their wings and fly.
Outside of the coaching session, I’m passionate about various activities that have shaped who I am today. I have several special interests that include swimming, hiking, jewelry making, house decorating, fashion, makeup, and interior decorating. My most special is Coco (my dog); I welcomed her into my life two years ago and I can’t imagine life without her. She is also my hiking buddy!
I come from a strong Italian family. I have two sisters and I am the middle child. My close-knit Italian family, comprised of 37 grandchildren, all come together for holidays to make pasta and lasagna, fostering a deep sense of camaraderie and tradition.
In 2021, I achieved one of my hardest accomplishments by swimming 4.4 miles across Chesapeake Bay. Prior to Covid, long-distance running was my primary love. I used to run 12 to 15 miles every single day, which helped me maintain my sanity. However, in 2019, I had to redefine what life meant for me as my passion for competitive running was no longer feasible. When the pandemic hit, the race season was canceled, and as a half-marathon runner, I had to redirect my energy and passion for long distances. That’s when I discovered hiking as a way to entertain myself without being confined indoors due to the pandemic.
That’s when I turned my energy to hiking and fell in love with the Alpines. I am an avid hiker who adores chasing alpine and waterfalls. My favorite hike will always be Old Rag in Virginia, followed by many of the trails in New Hampshire’s Mount Washington area and Franconia Notch.
When I’m not immersed in nature, I indulge my creativity. I have a deep love for glass, crystals, and bright colors, constantly pushing my creative boundaries with challenging art pieces. I enjoy experimenting with painting, clay, and creating jewelry.
Thank you for taking the time to read my personal journey. It’s challenging to condense my life into a brief story when there’s so much to share.
