ADHD Coaching in the Water
Swim Coaching with ADHD Support Unique ADHD adult swim lessons, designed to combine physical activity with learning. Our one-on-one sessions, held at a private pool or at a school or a location of your choice (gym of your choice, with the provision of a guest pass). Structured like ADHD coaching sessions instead of traditional meetings, we come together at a pool, where I can also provide virtual swim lessons.
In the water, our 50-minute sessions begin in the shallow end, focusing on aerobic exercises while we delve into a topic of your choice. This approach allows us to combine physical activity with in-depth discussions to help move you forward in your life. These sessions are tailored for adults comfortable in the water and free from any history of panic attacks around water.
ADHD Adult Water Polo Skills Group Coaching Group We kickstart each 90-minute session in the water by sharing personal wins and practicing water polo techniques. The core of our sessions focuses on a specific topic, accompanied by guided discussions. Additionally, we address real-life social skill interactions, offering insights and strategies to navigate these situations more effectively.
Each session delves into social skills covered in Caroline Maguire’s book, "Why Will No One Play with Me". We encourage participants to review discussion questions and recommended readings ahead of each scheduled meeting.
At the end of each session, every member shares a one-sentence takeaway, fostering positivity and reinforcing the lessons learned. We also take a moment to discuss how we will apply these lessons in our daily lives, promoting accountability and practical application.
Our group covers essential skills such as how to engage in conversations, navigate small talk at social events, and handle social interactions in various settings—be it with family, friends, or in a professional environment.
We strive to create an open, empathetic space where members can discuss their ADHD challenges and seek support in real-life situations. Our goal is to help each participant grow and develop in both social and ADHD-related skills.
Our group provides a supportive environment with a maximum of six participants, ensuring individual attention and meaningful interaction. We do not offer makeup sessions.

It is often expected that adults with ADD/ADHD or other executive function challenges will “outgrow” struggles with attention, task completion, and organization eventually just “get it together.” However, these challenges may continue and even intensify as responsibilities and demands increase in adulthood.
Whether you’re a solopreneur, a working professional, or a busy parent, seeking more productivity and less overwhelm in your career or home life, a coaching partnership can help you discover your personal strengths and develop skills and strategies to reach your goals.
